Are your templates editable?
Yes — all colours, text, photos, and layouts can be customised in Canva to fit your brand, in sha Allah.
Do you offer refunds on your templates?
No, we don’t. Due to the digital nature of templates, all sales are final. But if you need further support, please reach out to us on Instagram @byourastudio or send us an email at byourastudio@gmail.com
How do I receive the templates?
You’ll receive a download link or a downloadable PDF (depending on the product you purchase) instantly after purchase, in sha Allah.
Do the fonts / photos come included?
All fonts used in our designs exist on Canva and can be edited to your brand font, in sha Allah. Photos used are placeholder images from Pexels and/or Unsplash — you can replace them with your own brand images, in sha Allah.
I'm not Muslim, can I still buy your templates?
Absolutely! While Oura Studio was built with Muslim women in mind, our templates are designed to work for food or lifestyle brands that value intentional, elevated design. You're more than welcome here.
Can I request new template collections?
