1. Timelines begin two days after your brand questionnaire has been returned / strategy call completed.
Not from the date of booking. This ensures we can give your project the full attention it deserves from day one, in sha Allah. Please note that the deposit will be due a day after your brand questionnaire has been returned / strategy call completed.
2. Payment can be made in instalments.
3. Payments & Cancellations.
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
Your deposit secures your slot and covers the initial administrative, brand direction, and research phase of your brand journey.
If you need to cancel after booking, your payment can be transferred to a future project credit if requested at least 2 days before your start date, in sha Allah (valid for 3 months only).
By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
4. Late payments pause the project.
If the deposit or an instalment / balance is not received on its due date, work will be paused until payment is made. This helps us protect the quality and timeline of every project we take on.
5. Revision rounds are built into the delivery timeline.
If you require additional revisions beyond what's included in your package, you can pay for it as an add-on. Please note that each extra round may extend the delivery date accordingly.
6. Prompt responses.
Please note that timely responses when prompted are crucial in ensuring designs are delivered within the delivery time frame.
